I gladly accept returns and exchanges. 
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order,  
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do you accept custom orders?

Accepted Answer

Custom orders are very welcome but must be paid for in advance of production. Custom orders are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges.  If you have any questions at all, please email us at lajoyatagua@gmail.com

How do I care my jewelry?

Accepted Answer

All our jewelry are made with natural seeds and dyed with food coloring, which makes them unique and Eco-friendly, all our processes have made with quality but the material used is still natural, so we recommend you keep your jewelry out of humid areas or exposed to the sun while they are stored, so the seeds do not sweat.
They can be cleaned with vegetable or coconut oil to keep them shiny.
You should wear or handle the jewelry after hands and skin are dry of lotions, perfumes, or hand sanitizers.

Do the shipping cost and delivery time change because the jewelry is shipped from Alaska?

Accepted Answer

No, within 1-2 business days your product will be shipped, we use the USPS first class mail service that takes 2-6 business days to arrive.
The value of the shipment will be the same for all US but the customer must assume taxes if applicable.
