Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Jewelry must be free of perfumes, lotions, makeup, or signs of wear.

Sale items, clearance pieces, and custom-made designs are final sale.
To start a return or exchange, email us at info@lajoyatagua.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but most refunds appear within 3–7 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue so we can quickly resolve the situation. In these cases, we cover return shipping and will replace or refund the item promptly.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
